  • So happy I brought my patio umbrella from this store. Here is an example of a company that goes above and beyond to help a customer service issue--especially Jason, the manager I worked with. I originally purchased the item online and there was an issue with my order (the item was not available). I called central customer service, and they got in touch with several local stores to see who had the item in stock. Jason was the store manager who got back to me immediately to help out... even though his specific store didn't have the item in stock! He coordinated delivery with another store in the area to ensure I had my item on the timeline I needed it. In a world where a lot of businesses don't seem to care about their customers, I'm so grateful for people like this, who are willing to go the extra mile to make a customer happy. Thanks for a great shopping experience Jason and team!
