  • RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! I have been going to this lab for several years, and I have never had a bad experience, until recently. And, it is the same employees. It is as if they got some really bad news at work, because half the employees were grumpy, and giving snotty responses to polite questions. Also, I do not think it is a coincidence that their bad attitude resulted in the most painful blood test ever. No wonder I did not receive a satisfaction survey! Time for a new lab.
