  • First, the food is delicious. It gets 4.5-5 stars. The service and experience is horrible. This was my 4th or 5th time to Rio and every time it seems like the employees have no idea what is going on. Tonight they were out of chicken and pork and guac and sour cream. There are 6 people behind the counter all having a great time while I'm waiting just to pay for my food so I can start eating. Maybe they were high or maybe they just don't care.
