  • Quite terrible. Misleading, rude, unprofessional and will do whatever is necessary to charge you as much as possible. After just shy of a 2 hour wait, I saw Dr/Nurse Meredith Villarreal to complete my FMLA paperwork. She told me she could fill out FMLA paperwork, charged me $80 for it & faxed to FMLA provider. My FMLA provider later informed me that the paperwork was not filled out and instead was referred out to another doctor that was qualified to treat my condition. After a week's effort and a dozen calls, Meredith refused to take my calls & said (per the receptionist) that I'd need to make another appointment and charge me in order to speak with her. A complete wast of time and $80 incomplete paperwork and $20 for the office visit. Save your money, this place is a joke.
