  • Everything about this experience was wonderful. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had the peppercorn encrusted steak-- perfectly done, very flavorful, and so delicious! I also ordered the Firebird BLT salad. My only "complaint" was that it had a bit too much bacon. Their signature pineapple martini was to die for! The perfect amount of sweet and tanginess. I'm giving this 4 stars because their wine list was just so so and our server kept pushing the restaurant's new wine. Also, the desert selection was not great-- there was nothing really creative on there that really excited me.
