  • Why do we even have to give one star??? This place is TERRIBLE!!! My aunt has been a long term patient since 2010. Dr. Basu's office manager ( term used loosely) Kim is arrogant rude condescending and has terrible customer service. Upon my aunts last visit she refused her service claiming that she had to pay $2000.00 before seeing the doctor. She then began yelling at my aunt in front other clients stating that she had given a statement which was never given to my aunt. My aunt then asks for a copy of the bill that Kim claimed she had received, Kim flings a form to her to fill out and tells her she will receive the bill through mail in 5-7 days. My aunt goes outside to wait for her family member to pick her up he goes in and talks to Kim and Kim gives him a copy of the bill....is this not a HIPPA violation as he is not on any list to receive any info about her and how did he not have to wait 5-7 days. It's bad enough that every time you go to Dr Basu you have to wait a minimum of 2 hours but to be humiliated mistreated and publicly degraded is ridiculous. PLEASE PLEASE do not waist your time here they clearly think that their time is more valuable than their clients.
