| - my husbands and I first time in vegas and as far as the hotel Goes, its okay. My negative, which is a serious deal
Breaker for me is when something is not clean-(because i do hair, i am licensed to touch, meaning i had to learn about ALL infection and sanitation and how to avoid spreading infection etc....) Once i walked in the bathroom i looked at the towels and saw light yellow crusty residue on the towel!!! But looking at all the towels i could clearly tell, either the temperature on their dryers are not hot enough to kill bacteria. Or someone's not doing their job washing them with the correct temperature water :/ they did fix it after i called them but i was honestly disgusted. The headboard has wierd stains on it- just want to tell the housekeepers to pay extra attention and CLEAN!!!! not just surface cleaning- but sanitize!! i even tipped the housekeeper extra to clean and didnt notice ANY difference.. I hope the hotel teaches them about sanitation and disinfection. The tubs, the sheets, everything! It needs it.
Our remote control also doesnt work. then the t.v stopped working all together, when i called i was told someone would come fix it, after waiting 45 minutes, no one showed up so we called once again and were told that it wasn't the hotel, but the provider...ok? we decided to just go to bed but there were extremely obnoxious people hanging in the hallways. why isn't there employees regulating? bad choice for a honeymoon. will never stay there again.
