  • Customer Service. What's That? In October I had to pay $142 to replace a defect in intake air duct. Received notice from GM in March that I could be reimbursed for the repair. Called dealership in early April (don't recall who I spoke with) and they said they would handle this without my coming to the dealership. After waiting 6 weeks I contacted GM and they (GM) contacted someone at the dealership and was told by the GM rep that the check was in the mail. Dealership does not respond to emails or return phone message. I finally contacted dealership myself and had to go in and file paperwork. I will now have to wait an additional 6 - 8 weeks for my money!
