  • The inspector failed to find major settling and foundation issues, as well as expensive plumbing issues (like a toilet that wasn't attached to the floor and pipe expansion noises). Hvac broke down 3 weeks after move in- he didn't notice ac pad was unlevel and fan noisy!!! Don't be cheap, get yourself a good inspection from another inspector!!!
