  • I have used this firm to handle a townhouse for me in Las Vegas since moving to Southern California in 2012. I initially signed with them because of what were then very positive reviews. Although my property manager Ray Cruz started out very responsive and helpful, as time went by he has been less and less helpful. Issues with the HOA have not been resolved in a timely manner. Repairs have not been completed in a timely manner, one taking over a year to complete. There has been complete lack of communication on their part as to issue resolution despite my repeated requests. Earlier this year I was billed for the lighting of a hot water heater pilot light, something which clearly should be the tenants responsibility. Recently when several unresolved issues had stacked up together I contacted the VP Jordan Mynarcik to ask for another property manager. She was very helpful in her manner, and right away I began to receive copies of emails that were being sent to resolve two outstanding issues. I was very happy and thought that the issue has been resolved. Then I received my most recent statement and discovered that I have been wrongly charged for a drywall repair that is already being paid for by the HOA. I brought this to Jordan's attention by sending an email and then made a call leaving a message for her to get back to me, no reply. The next day I left another phone message, still no reply. On the third day I made yet another call which the receptionist said that she would transfer to Jordon's cell number where I left another message, no reply. Finally I received an email from Jorden telling me me that I was mistaken and had actually authorized the repair. She sent a fragment of some email correspondence I had had with their maintenance person as supposed documentation. I replied by sending the full email conversation with the maintenance department showing that it had been another matter entirely, along with the copies of other emails and their own documents that they had sent me that clearly prove that they are in the wrong. I have yet to receive a response. Beware of this company. Maybe it's because I have only one property, but the lack of professionalism and incorrect documentation is astonishing. Add to that the excise making and blame shifting, and this is accompany that you do not want to do business with. I am glad to report that they eventually admitted their error and sent me the rest of my money, and were cooperative in regards to my transition to another management company.
