  • This has got to be the worse hotel in Las Vegas. I called the operator asking if they charged fees for extra blankets, and before I could even answer, they transferred me to housekeeping. Mind you, this has happened twice. Their customer service is terrible! You even ask them anything, they act like they're doing you a favor! Worst customer service ever. The people that stay here are not so classy either. The lifeguards let people get rowdy and cuss around a bunch of children, but they'd whistle at some kid eating cheetos by the pool. Distasteful employees and visitors. You want a 5 star vacation stay? This place is not for you. Don't even waste money on this dump. Check out my picture of rust in the tub.
