  • It used to feel like you were walking in there and you were part of a family. I loved the customer service before.. and the Employees were amazing they had good days and bad days ofcourse... but It felt like I was part of something special when I ate there. I wont eat here again... it doesnt have the same feel and the food isnt as good... I think they changed the beef... and how they cooked a few things.. its not the same. :( But it was once... Atleast we still have Five Guys.
