If you want a big hunk of cheap cheese, go to "No Frills" and buy the yellow-label marble. When you are done patching your tires with it, come here and buy some decent cheese. The staff are very helpful; they know what everything is, can advise you about pairings or cooking uses and will let you taste a bit if you aren't sure. Never had homegrown Niagara Gold? What about German Butter cheese? How about a triple-cream small-batch Quebec brie? Swedish whey cheese? Irish Dubliner? Smoked cheddar? An aged, nutty-tasting wax-coated Dutch cheese that is not Gouda? Over 10 years, I have gotten a new cheese every time I am in here and still have not tried all of them.
