  • Lots of time outs trying to reserve through the Best Western site; so finally gave up & used Priceline. Great rate, consistent for all three nights. This was a big deal because calling one of this chains other Calgary locations rate was different all three nights (higher); never experienced that before! Our room was fantastic very roomy & loved the king size bed. However, the bathroom was a little small as was the tub; the main room could have been downsized so bathroom was bigger. Didn't care for the modern rectangular sink as it's not practical when rinsing mouth of toothpaste that got stalled in outer edges. Our hairdryer didn't work but staff were quick to replace it! Requested extra washcloths & staff left them after cleaning the room. Next day we only had one washcloth but quick call brought staff right up with as many as we needed! All the staff; reception, breakfast room, cleaning - were very polite and went out of their way to be helpful & kind. All in all we would definitely stay here again! Underground free parking was awesome. Continental breakfast was delicious and many great choices!!
