  • I recently renewed my parents vows here on a Wednesday night as a surprise. I got the best package with limo pickup, photos, DVDs etc. When booking I didn't have the most helpful person, but when I called to confirm the week of there was someone who was much more helpful with what to expect. PROS:DVD was awesome, photographer was wonderful(very polite and accommodating), so was the minister. This may be due to tipping them on sight-but I wanted it to go smoothly. CONS: Limo picked up the party on time, but we got there and there were still TWO wedding parties before us. So we had to sit in the waiting room with other strangers being married(awkward and i'm sure they weren't thrilled) for about 40 minutes. We had a show to catch, and the whole chapel has the WEAKEST AIR CONDITIONING. So the elderly people with us were dying. Oh and they sell bottles of water for $2. Really??? Turn on the goddamn AC, it's Vegas and 114 degrees outside. And don't make people wait if you can't turn on the AC. Bottom Line: It's cheesy Vegas and I loved the ceremony and package. But they should be a little more considerate to guests comfort and timing since they are taking money and reservations. Look for a chapel with some AC.
