I did not ask for a "gel fill-in" I asked for an acrylic fill-in. She used powder and a liquid. Same as I have always seen for acrylic. I told her I was quoted $20 on the phone and she acted like she had no idea why I was told that. "It's $25 for a fill-in" was all she said. So your saying that only makes it worse. Your employees should know the prices, especially when I informed her what price I was quoted on the phone,
You should have your prices posted on the front desk to avoid any confusion.
But you probably don't do that because you change your prices when someone comes in.
I bought my own polish because I wanted to use the same color on my toes.
That being said, I think it's a poor practice to quote one price and charge another.
I did not receive a "gel fill-in" so I should not have been charged for one.
