  • Nice pool, terrible service and policies. Apparently they dont like guests to use the pool, because their security guard makes it hard to even get in. Probably why theres only a handful of old people at the pool. Guard doesn't check keycards to verify guests, but will stop you for questioning no matter. No water allowed. Other odd, poorly thought out rules too. No backpacks but large bags and purses are ok. Everyone "working" there chills in there own cabana, and getting any service takes going and looking for someone. I suggest going somewhere else for pool time.
