  • The dispatcher Halee was not good. No empathy, stated she would call me back and didn't, also kept giving me false ETA's. She needs customer service training. The tow truck driver, Jose, however, was amazing! Very friendly, put my mind at ease even though I was understandably frustrated about the 1 hour 45 min wait, which by the way is terrible and unacceptable 777 Towing. I will give props to Jose, however, as he did a great job towing the vehicle.
