  • Black & Cherry is by far the best property management company in Las Vegas! Eloff Perez is the best property manager you can imagine.I have to write another review for him. I found him on Yelp about 1.5 ago when I was having some problems with my previous property manager (that company, AmeriDream Realty went bankruptcy). At that time, I called a couple of other management company and it seems like nobody wants to clean up the mess that was left previously. Eloff listened to my situation and he helped me "clean up" all of my problems and the tenants moved in and remained happy for 1.5 year. During the 1.5 year, whenever there was a problem, Eloff called me immediately and asked me what I would like to do and then he takes immediate action. Recently, my tenant moved out and we noticed that the place needed a lot of fix, Eloff was able to find a handyman for me (at a very reasonable price) and ensured me that my place will be fixed and back on the market asap. I have to admit I lost sleep the night he told me that the place is having some problems and I shared my concerns with him. The next day, he already had someone provided a quote and he called me personally after office hours to let me know everything will be fine. (It was like 7:30pm, I don't think he goes home! lol). At the end of the conversation, he again ensured me everything will be fine and wish me to have a good night of sleep. What makes Eloff different from the rest of the property manager in Vegas is one simple formula: he cares about his clients. He knows that it is their property and it is his job to make sure everything goes well for his client. He has the top notch customer service and is a great person. He is as good as you can ask for from a property manager. I will give him TEN stars if I can.
