  • I arrived before they opened (at 9:50) to have an alignment done. I was told that it would take an hour and a half to two hours. They didn't finish until 5 hours later (3:00). And it's not like they were swamped or anything. I was in the waiting room and there were various periods of time ranging from 20 minutes to an hour where absolutely no one was in the shop working.
