First the good part of doing business, Mike at the office when buying granite was very helpful, and I had good experience. The person that came to measure was really good at house....but after that was my issues. I had bought a very nice Solera Sink at the cabinet store I got new cabinets from, which they need to take with them to measure when cutting granite. This sink was in a box, also had specials drains that came with it with a sound blanket in the box....so when installers show up with granite....first off hard to communicate with, only the one guy spoke english and not that good.....they were sort of sloppy and think the seam could be a little smoother but I saw them just picking my sink off trailer they had, I even looked it over to make sure they hadn't put dings in it, just thrown around like a piece of trash in my opinion....I asked about the drains and they said they didn't have. I called the office and they said they would look for the box...well no one could find the box....my question is WHY WOULD YOU THROWN AWAY THE BOX WITH MY STUFF AND IT NOT BE MARKED AND WHEN MEASURING IS DONE THE SINK BE PUT BACK IN THE BOX AND TREATED LIKE SOMEONES PROPERTY.... so then I called cabinet store to make sure these items should have been there and they said they did have an extra but they didn't have people to drive it out but these people should since they lost it...after two days and several phone calls they finally sent a guy to get it and bring the drain (one drain it had 2 plus sound blanket).....but they didn't seem to understand in the meantime I am having to cancel the guy coming to install the drains and dishwasher back up, and reschedule him and I mentioned this but that didn't seem to be a concern...they would say they would call me right back and no calls and I had to keep on them.....bad customer service in my opinion.
