  • We ordered a dresser and were told they usually take 8-12 weeks to ship. We ended up waiting over 21 weeks for our dresser to come in. During the waiting period we were kept in the dark about what was happening. Staff didn't want to take responsibility and just passed the blame to their supplier, instead of working with them to let us know what was going on. When I contacted the CEO (Leah) about our poor service, she said she would look into it - I have yet to hear back from her about this. In summary, poor service from bottom to top.
