  • Will never do business with discount tire again. Bought new tires from them and at 15k miles started having issues. Had to go to this place 9 times for balancing issues. 7th time they realize, the tire sensor was loose in my tire, they kept the tire overnight for it to cure and bond back to the tire, that didn't work after a few days, took it back they said they fixed it and its possible mechanical, took it to my mechanic, the car was fine. still had crazy vibration in my wheel at 65 miles and higher. We Decided forget the warranty and took it to an establishment that wasn't discount, and found that discount DUCK TAPED the sensor to the tire!!! Really!! Tape!!!! Not a clamp like we just purchased to fix the issue. Guess you should expect this from a place that runs like its a fast food drive thru though!! Never again!!!
