rev:text	I will admit, that I was a little concerned going into Simon med after reading some of the reviews on here. After going in, I have concluded that the majority of the reviews on here are from those unfamiliar with your insurance coverage, co-pays and deductibles, and that you could actually make an appointment so that you're not waiting a long wait time. My appointment was at 9:30 AM and I arrived a couple minutes before, there was about 30 to 35 people, mostly women, in the waiting area. I waited in line received my paperwork, gave my insurance information and proceeded to fill out my paperwork. I then was called back within 2 minutes of handing in my paperwork and received my ultrasound , Following my ultrasound I waited and then I get nice little area for about 7 to 10 minutes before I was taken back for the mammogram. Denise was super helpful and sweet. Pros: short wait time when you have an appointment, super nice front desk, clean facility, nice staff. Con: at the very end after my mammogram, I waited for the radiologist, rather then the radiologist meeting with me to explain my results, I was informed by the tech in front of other women waiting "there's nothing to be concerned about, you're good to go". While this can be good news, it caught me off guard since I was in front of people in the waiting room and didn't provide me any information including why I'm having so much pain. I can't imagine if it was a woman with high anxiety even being there. I left feeling confused about my situation and am just now waiting to go see my primary in hopes they could shed a little light on the situation but I feel like it should have been there today. I can only hope that since it was so busy- perhaps they were dealing with a more important patient. Check in 9:28 Check out: 10:57
