  • A few years ago I found my Mr.Miyagi of stand up!! His name is Thiago and he's the owner/instructor. The only benefit to having to move everywhere from glendale to mesa in the last 10 years or so is that i was fortunate to experience a plethora of dojos and martial arts instruction (dojo fly). It was fun and reality based at the same time. I never represented his fight team yet was honored to sweat and bleed at Sitan. I can't think of any other gyms that are balanced with this level of instruction, a constructively competitive spirit, and a family atmosphere!!
