  • my kids really loved this place BUT be warned Management is awful, they simply do not care about your concerns, they are RUDE and no one "can" refer you elsewhere to have concerns/complains heard. Zip Lines were not useable as one entire end of the line was full of balls. NOT THE LITTLE ONES.. there were basketballs or maybe dodge balls. Staff is permitted to lounge around off the clock in uniform, so it becomes very confusing who is working and who is not. They haven't quite figured out customer service on the front end OR on the management side. Anyone who actually CARES about the success of this business will step in a nip this problem immediately. We will likely go back.. but to be honest if they were this understaffed on a WEEKDAY - I cannot imaging the chaos that would ensue on a week END!
