  • This was mine and my husbands first time ever hiring a pet sitting service. We were a little nervous at first, because someone we didn't know would be watching our cats. One of them is a special needs kitty and the other gets separation anxiety, but the service was spectacular and our anxieties were relieved. Lauren was awesome. She not only stopped by to do a consult with our cats before we left town (she was very thorough and enthusiastic), but she kept us posted while we were away. I had a great phone conversation with her a week into our vacation on how to get the cats to play more. Also she sent photos of the cats. When we arrived home we had a full set of kitty report cards to read through. It was really fun reading about what our cats were up to and what their behavior was like with a stranger. Lastly, she left an awesome Christmas present for the cats, which they absolutely LOVED. I would definitely recommend Fetch to others.
