  • My aunt awoke to the sound of a refrigerator that sounded like a jackhammer. I found Phoenix Appliance Services here at Yelp and called. We were juggling several important appointments that day, and Vladimir managed to arrange his schedule around ours, arriving within about 2 hours after our initial call for help. He quickly diagnosed the problem and saved the day. Saved. The. Day. What a mess it was - ice all over the place from water than had leaked EVERYWHERE in the freezer - but he was calm, professional, understanding and caring. We enthusiastically recommend him!
