  • I would really like to write a great review for this doctor. My family members have been seeing him for 20+years, not to mention, I have seen him several times approx 4 years ago. I found Dr Soiya to be personable, knowledgeable and an overall great healthcare provider. Unfortunately, the Manager, Joyce, and her front office team are horrible. This Joyce is undoubtedly set in her ways, with no care or concern for the patient, their time, nor the multiple short cancellations. The front office team have been abrupt and quick to cancel the last three appointments I have had. Not to mention, today Joyce phoned me three days prior to my appointment to inform me they had to cancel my appointment. Explaining it was scheduled incorrectly. She argued whoever schedule me put me in a time spot that was not available to me since I was a new patient. Last i checked, they possess my medical records and are require to for 7 years. Having seen me a handful of times within 7 years, I do not quite understand her claim to continue to gripe to me that I am a new patient. Regardless, her imperfect management skills and lack of attention to my concerns caused her to abruptly hang up on me...hilarious!! I phoned her back only to be told no apology, no I am sorry, no customer service skills whatsoever. My suggestion to you, Joyce, hang on to your crappy life and the disgusting way you treat not just people, but your employer's patients; and never forget, you are not employable anywhere else. There isn't an office out there who will put up with your "angry old lady" ways. See you Friday!!
