There is an old expression "If you got time to lean, you got time to clean". Well many of the people I dealt with today at Honda Superstition Springs had plenty of time to lean but zero time to engage me (a returning customer) with my Honda issue. After standing in front of 3 Honda employees for 10 minutes, I was dismissed to another part of the service center. I just ended up leaving. There are plenty of car service centers that want my money.
