  • Can I give 0 stars?! Biggest scam and fraud artists out there. They were over an hour late to pickup my stuff. And when I kept asking where they were he said one more minute, one more minute. Then he lied and said there was traffic when I knew there wasn't because I left my office downtown early to make it in time and didn't see any traffic. Then when I call he won't answer and says he's almost there. Then they come and don't wrap anything, just cover it in blankets. The charges then doubled what I was quoted over the phone and was never explained the extra fees. 3 hour minimum just to load, extra charge for stairs, 26% total cost for gas. And it goes on. Extremely unprofessional and I'm almost sure they are not licensed either. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!
