  • Highly disappointed. Seaweed salad mushy and yet not tender at the same time. Muramoto roll, named after the establishment, yet very unpleasant. I love sushi, but I couldn't eat it. Should have sent it back. Tasted like bergamot/cardamom/dish soap. The menu is sadly similar to the old menu. Was hoping for a spark of something new. Instead felt like the same old thing shoved into its main competitors old location. (Weird.). I was hoping to find a reason to not go to red. Bummer. Positives: Ecuador roll, cocktails are done well.
