  • I would love to give 5 stars but just can't after my last two experiences. I had service on my car and all was great except for the girl at checkout. She couldn't answer any of my questions and would not look at me or talk to me. She didn't make any attempt to get help answering my questions and never said a thing to me after I paid. No "thank you" or "goodbye". I looked right at her and said goodbye and still no response from her. Horrible attitude and she needs to step it up! I took my car in again for another service and walk outside to see a service advisor leaning on my car! I walk up to her and she ignores me while finishing her conversation (still leaning back on my car). She then acknowledges me while still leaning back on my car! I look at her then my car (hint, hint) and she still doesn't get off my car. Finally she gets off my car to do a walk around. My car cost over $50k and I don't want ANYONE leaning on it! I find this very unprofessional and am put off by the lack of respect shown to me on my last two visits. Am I asking too much for a thank you and a smile and for employees to respect my property?????
