Purchased a nearly 200 dollar item and was told within 6 months by the manufacturer that it was counterfeit. Could not get a reply for almost a year, when I finally spoke to someone (Lee) I told him the facts and he seemed not to care, virtually accused me of plotting a year and a half scheme to deceive them (although I hadn't asked for any money, just gave them the facts!) and when I questioned the moral aspect of not taking any responsibility he told me he had taken plenty of ethics classes.
I guess you can't learn ethics in a class.
As I cannot in good conscience re-sell the item, my only recourse is to try and save someone else from a similar experience with this unscrupulous company.
It seemed like a nice old-fashioned family run company, I was sad to see that there was no "old-fashioned" concern, manners, or integrity.
I will also report to the Better Business Bureau.
