  • Very disappointed with my experience at this salon! Complaints: -Called a day ahead to book an appointment, asked specifically for what time they were least busy, and was told that they could accommodate whatever time I wanted. However, when I arrived no one came to the front desk at first, and when they did, I was told to wait 15 minutes. -The technician who did my pedicure and gel manicure was rude, and jerked my feet and hands around in an annoyed and unprofessional manner. -About 5 hours after having the pedicure, I put on slippers (I had previously been wearing open toed sandals to let the nails dry). Unfortunately, when I took my slippers off, I saw that the polish had still been wet and was now smudged off on the inside of my slippers, and the pedicure was ruined! Very frustrating to have a pedicure that doesn't even last 1/2 a day! I'm not sure if the technician forgot a top coat, or didn't let the layers dry enough between coats...?? I've never had this happen before. My gel manicure lasted about 10 days before peeling off, which while I hoped it would last longer, I do have my hands in water a lot (cooking, cleaning, etc.) so I wasn't very surprised about that. Overall, I would NOT recommend spending your money or your time at this salon for *rude service* and *poor quality* work.
