  • Today was our first visit and first time ever playing paintball. So basically we needed help with everything from how to load the guns to where and how we should start playing. After Cassie checked us in, and she was amazing and very helpful. We were given our equipment by another employee and then told to wait outside for him to come show us what to do. After waiting for 20 minutes and past our start time I went in and asked for help. The same gentlemen, who was just sitting there doing nothing snapped at me and told me he would be out in another minute. 10 minutes later we were tired of waiting and asked another paintball player for help(not an employee) he helped us put our air in, load our guns and invited us to play in the outer field. Once out on the field several player helped us, showed us how to use our guns and play. The employees that were around outside were rude, and rolled their eyes anytime people asked for something. I spent over 200 dollars for six people to play and then to have employees act rude and ignore us very disappointing. I definitely don't recommend this place for beginners or if you want great customer service.
