  • When I called to make my appointment then young lady who answers the phone was very helpful and they were able to come out the next day. Jim called to give me a heads up before he came over to check my dishwasher that was leaving my dishes dirty and gritty. Turns out the main control board was broken...the repair was going to be somewhat pricey, so we've decided to just buy a new one. However I'm sure if he had repaired it, it would've been fixed right, Jim was also helpful in explaining some stuff about dishwashers and about brands, which will be helpful in my purchase choice and maintenance of my new one. Hopefully I won't need anymore repairs but if I do, I will definitely call Elite appliance repair.
