  • I had to take a shuttle from PHX to Prescott and after reading some of the negative reviews, I had some trepidation about Arizona Shuttles but in fact my experience was very good. When I made my reservation I was given very clear instructions on where to meet my shuttle. When I arrived and got my bag earlier than anticipated, I called and they arranged for me to get an earlier shuttle. When the shuttle arrived the driver, Eva, knew my name. We loaded up and we were off to Prescott. The van was full but it was very comfortable. A passenger in the back asked for an adjustment in the air conditioning, Eva quickly complied. The ride was comfortable and they dropped me at my destination, the Prescott Resort. You need to let them know in advance if you want a drop off at anyplace other than their regular drop off points. and there is a small extra charge. I needed a paper receipt for my expenses and we stopped at their Prescott office and they gave me one very quickly. All in all a seamless transfer. I would use Arizona Shuttles again without any hesitation.
