  • My first experience with the store was on 23 December. I needed to get something to my family in Michigan by Christmas, and the staff at the store offered to drive to a different location and drop off my package in order to make it on time. They had to hold the driver's shipment passed the 8 PM pick up, and did so for me. It arrived on time. That kind of customer service is hard to come by. I will never go to another UPS store in the Charlotte area!
