  • HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- I am not one to leave bad reviews but this one was so bad I thought it should be shared. I was a walk-in to NOL after seeing them while driving in the area. I was looking to furnish a 2 room office and reception area. This was told to the sales girl right from the start. I found some things I liked and was advised the delivery fee would be a certain price. I had a witness there when I was quoted the price. I got home and browsed some more and found a couple more items that I was going to buy bringing my total to about $2500. When I received the "quote" back from the sales rep the delivery fee was $420. This is 4X the amount I was told. I am not having it delivered to UTAH! It is 17 miles. I told them that that was not acceptable to me and that i was going to have to decline purchasing. The sales rep then told me if I sent quotes from other vendors that they could price match delivery. So I did and the next day I was called by a manager who offered to give me $30 off. REALLY??? He made up reasons on how the other vendors were selling me used stuff (which by the way is what I was going to buy from them as well) and marking up items!! The lady sales rep then wrote me and basically called me a liar about the price she quoted me (again I had someone with me that heard the exact same thing I did) by saying the price she quoted me was on one item. Why would she quote me a shipping price for one item when she was told up front that I was buying multiple items for multiple offices?? RIGHT!! She was rude and condescending and then insulted me on how much I was able to spend when my budget was NEVER discussed so I don't know how she was able to decide what my spending amount was. So, I wasted 3 days dealing with them when I could have already had it delivered by someone else. They do have good prices on used furniture but when you are paying outrageous delivery fees it isn't much of a deal! With that said I went with someone else and actually bought several more items than I initially planned on with the money I would have spent just on shipping here and will have very nice, name brand furniture, delivered, set up and any installation done within 2 days for much less!! Most of it is NEW and better than what I was going to buy from them. So, BLESSING in disguise I guess, but I would not have wasted my time with this place to begin with had they been honest up front. The ten year warranty and being nationwide was irrelevant to me. So I am sure one customer being totally dissatisfied and disgusted does not make a difference to them but I would not recommend this company to anyone!! EVER!!
