  • I've lived at Wyngate for almost a year now. This is truly one of the best communities I've ever lived in. The office and maintenance staff are helpful, friendly and go above and beyond to make their residents happy. The grounds are well manicured and absolutely beautiful. The pool and hot tub are always clean. The community is quiet and small. In the year I've been here I have only had a few experiences with loud neighbors outside after hours. The children can be pretty loud at the pool in the afternoon during the summer, but that is to be expected. I would recommend this community to anyone looking in the Surprise area
