  • Galleria Palms being our first apartment, we've learned a lot from living here. At the start, everything looked nice and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful; Tracie really helped us out (haven't seen her in a long time, but she was great) however after moving in, appliances started breaking down and we were being blamed for it. Dryer broke down multiple times and towel racks would fall off all the time. Maintenance not consistent, calls wouldn't be answered for days at a time. I definitely feel this place took advantage of my roommates and I because of our age. I would not recommend this place or think of living here again.
