Undoubtedly the worst dry cleaning location I have ever had the misfortune of visiting.
Experience was absolutely dismal from the beginning, starting with an impatient greeting from a moody store representative whose tone and facial expression bursted with dissatisfaction for the duration of the interaction. Customers must understand and value businesses' desire to operate quickly, but should not accept when employees treat them merely as transactions with the intention of eliminating their presence as fast as possible.
The prices were through the roof, almost laughable in their absurdity, with price per item doubling or even tripling normal rates of cities such as New York, where price of living vastly exceeds that of Wisconsin.
The cherry on top is the location's dilapidated appearance. If buildings had the life cycles of humans, this one is depressingly on its way out.
TL, DR: You would have a better experience freezing your Sheboygan off while washing your clothes in nearby lake Michigan than you would at this miserable dry cleaner.
