Had rented a unit at Hayden Terrace through a third party leasing com. I paid the leasing company rent. When I moved I was paid in full. Six months later i receive a collection notice. The manager to the location was office site and changed three times in the 7 months i lived there. Now, I am fighting with Chamberlin to get a $457.00 collection on my credit. The windows leaked when it rained, After 4 months of living there i received an eviction notice. I had paid my rent to the leasing company and they assured me that Chamberlin was paid. I went to court and showed the judge my lease and proof of rent, case dismissed. Don't make me sue you chamberlin. Do what's right and get that mark off my credit. Next, I go to the local news.
