  • Went here today looking for winter boots. it was not busy at at all, but 3 salespeople just ignored me when I walked in. Finally, after having 2 boots in my hand, one asked if I needed a size. Her tone was rude and not friendly at all. She was sweeping the floor and maybe wasnt happy that I have disturbed her. I showed another salesperson a picture on my phone for a boot I was looking for. She said they dont carry this style. I had to ask to check other locations, unlike some stores where they offer willingly. i felt uncomfortable asking any of these salespeople for help. The rep named "Jingle" definitely didnt made me feel like i was walking on a cloud. Will go to other locations next time.
