  • I will never use EXPRESS FLOORING again, or refer anyone to this company. During the initial assessment of choosing our flooring, (vinyl plank) we were told there was a life time warranty for the flooring should any issues arise. Upon hearing this, we were sold. Days later, we installed the flooring throughout the entire bottom floor of our home. Express Flooring was more than helpful. Months later we noticed that the vinyl began peeling away from the plank!! We called Express Flooring and reported it on their website as they indicated. NO ONE RETURNED OUR CALLS. After two months of no response, we reported the complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Within days, we received a call from the company and an appointment to view the flooring. We were told that an independent contractor would come see the floor and would report back to the manufacture where the vinyl plank was made. The independent contractor came to see the flooring and informed us that this was a common issue with the vinyl flooring. Also, he stated he hears 4-5 complaints a day regarding service issues, and product issues with Express Flooring. After a month after the assessment, we received a letter in the mail from Express Flooring stating our claim was denied. This made no sense to me being that the company (Express Flooring) informed us that they have a life time warranty on all of their products...Furthermore, Express Flooring never tried to replace the defective vinyl planks. Simply, that "our claim was denied". BUYER BEWARE.
