  • Think twice before engaging this company. We engaged The Pigeon Guy to do a pigeon feces cleanup and then to install repellent material on our roof. The total cost of the project was $2700.00. After the cleanup, the pigeon feces smell continued to occur through our vents. We called in a second contractor to review the roof situation 3 days after The Pigeon Guy completed. The contractor was so appalled that he had me come up on the roof. Significant amounts of pigeon feces remained on the roof and in the gutters. Fred Payne was the individual that we dealt with. Since the identification that the cleanup was not completed, Fred has been unwilling to send his crew out to do the job correctly and unresponsive to my wife and I.
