  • Called to make an appointment for cleaning, xray and exam. Decided not to make the appointment because "deep" cleaning would be over $600 (I don't have dental insurance). I told the receptionist (Jennifer) that I changed my mind about making an appointment and she hung up on me. I called right back and she picked up the phone and hung it up! I called from my home number a few minutes later, she answered, and told her how unprofessional that was and she claimed she didn't hang up. What the heck?? So unprofessional. I will never ever go here, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Front office staff is very important!!!
