  • I have several issues with this location. First, my wife has always said the individual who runs the Service dept has always given her an attitude...I unfortunately have not witnessed this first hand. The second issue is that I have made several service appointments online via their website and have had zero success. Each time I am told that "o we don't look at this" and therefore I have been surprised twice now the day before the appointment once I call to confirm the apt. I am sick of businesses who provide services online and do not take advantage of them....this is 2014. Also...please train your staff on transferring calls to depts. I will never go to this location for service or a vehicle purchase. Cuyahoga Falls location here I come...
