I've lived at Mandarina for over a year. The office staff has been positive and professional. I've only seen the pool closed once for some type of maintenance and that was less than a day. Like any apartment community maintenance issues happen and noise issues happen but the staff seem to address the issues immediately. There was an attempt to address the parking issue when they started to put green stickers on available spaces when there are vacancies, but the parking seems to still be a tough issue. The staff quickly fixed a discrepancy with my account when new management took over and they saved me a few hundred dollars. They take complaints seriously and do their best to resolve them. I'm happy with the job they are doing. It's a clean and nice place to live families and individuals use the pool, spa and gym and they are in good shape. Many companies give premiums for good reviews and if you give a good review because you really mean it there's nothing wrong with a premium. It's giving back to residents who are probably the ones making it a good place to live. It's not possible to control the light rail signal light or what happens at the nearby gas station, this is not really a location with a high walkable score, but shops, restaurants and eateries are only about 2 miles away or less in any direction.
